With the Hinshaw family now almost a year in our new home, I wanted to drop you a quick note and say thanks, we absolutely love it!!!

But more than building a quality home, I also wanted to thank you for the way you worked with us before, during, and after the buying process. You proved to be both professional and very responsive to any questions, concerns or ideas we had. I've talked with several neighbors over the 10 months that had different builders and did not have the positive experience we did with you. After talking with them about the purchase of our home, they typically say, "Well, I guess I'm going to have to get Jason to build our next home!"

Janey and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our home. It took us two years to select the location, floor plan and the builder—we made the right choice.

As you know we had never built a home from the ground up which probably made us a little more of a challenge. During the building process you worked very patiently with us as we made changes and addressed any issues in a timely and professional manner. After the close the "punch out" and warranty items were handled in a timely and efficient manner. The quality of your workmanship and products has really stood out.

I worked with Jason Rosen (Rosen Residential) to build my home at Litchfield Estates for an approximate 6 month period (Oct 2006 - April 2007). During that time Jason was always available to answer my calls and incredibly responsive to any problems that occurred.

Inevitably in any project, problems happen. The measure of a true professional is how responsive they are in addressing them. Jason always took responsibility for any problem and immediately made it right.

After we closed on the house, Jason was still just as responsive and available to handle any issues or questions. He has come over countless times to show me how to us my furnace or my fireplace or any other questions I had. Jason even called in a favor with his plumber to help me one night that we put a nail through a pipe in the house.

At work I deal with many different vendors around the county and I would put Jason at the top of the list in regards to quality of work and overall professionalism.
